Shift: Days

We are currently seeking a Blood Bank Supervisor to provide leadership for all technical, clinical, regulatory, financial and administrative aspects of Transfusion Service and Donor Center in order to provide the highest quality care possible. Responsibilities include: development of guidelines for quality control, quality improvement activities, maintenance of procedure manuals, budget preparation, employee training & competency, as well as scheduling.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with at least five years experience in Transfusion Services as a technologist. Supervisory experience preferred. National certification required: MT (ASCP), SBB preferred
