Dental Benefit Examiner
The Dental Benefit Examiner reviews dental prior authorization requests, dental specialty referrals, and retrospective claims to ensure all required data to make a determination has been submitted; answers inbound and outbound calls and completes accurate, timely data entry. The Dental Benefit Examiner is a non-clinical staff position.

High School Diploma or GED
At least two (2) years experience in a dental office, either front or back office
At least two (2) years experience with dental claims processing or billing
Strong knowledge in CDT - Dental Coding
Knowledge of dental terminology
Experience with computer / data entry or 10-key by touch
Some college in business or dental health care preferred
