Employment and Vocational Administrator
There is one position available and it can be located in either Flagstaff, Arizona or Phoenix, Arizona. You do not need to apply to both openings.
The Employment and Vocational Administrator is responsible for the oversight of vocational rehabilitation and employment services provided to members of Steward Health Choice Arizona's (SHCA) network of care. This position provides oversight to the development of services to assist members achieve employment goals. The Vocational Rehabilitation Administrator acts as an interagency liaison to the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Rehabilitation Services Agency (ADES/RSA), monitors the utilization of services specific to vocational programs, and is a subject matter expert in adult employment and vocational services. This position provides training and technical assistance to staff and providers, provides clinical oversight of programs for compliance to established guidelines, and assists with performance improvement activities.
This position implements and oversees vocational rehabilitation and employment support programs for members of SHCA's network of care to assist members achieve their employment goals. Identifies program models, best practices, and resources to assist in the development of project standards, policies, and procedures and protocols for effective vocational, employment, and business development services. Provides support and technical assistance to SHCA and its contracted providers on vocational rehabilitation, supported, and competitive employment and consumer operated businesses; and performs monitoring and resolution efforts related to vocational rehabilitation and employment program issues. Serves as the liaison between SHCA and its providers and ADES/RSA. Provides written and oral program reports.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in behavioral health or a health related field preferred
Two (2) years of experience in the administration of or oversight of evidence-based substance use programs and services
Knowledge of and experience in substance use and treatment programs and services
Knowledge of federal and state program requirements and regulations, Arizona child and family team and adult recovery team practice, covered services, and support and rehab services
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Successful time and project management
Demonstrated ability to work effectively, independently and as part of a team
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of AHCCCS and ADHS policies and procedures
