Job Description

Individual must be able to plan, organize, direct, and control the facilities management functions of the hospital.  This is including but not limited to planning, design, construction, alteration, operation, maintenance, and disposal of plant facilities and equipment.  Ability to establish goals, objectives, standards of performance, develop and implement operating policies and procedures; interpret policies, standards, regulations, and codes to personnel.


High School Diploma required.


Must have at least 5 years’ experience in Hospital Maintenance.
