Job Description

Quality and Quantity food production, portion control, and use of standardize recipes. Ability to estimate requirements.  Knowledgeable and proficient at batch cooking. Good understanding of HACCP principles.  Good attendance record.
Ability to pick-up, move, and store food items, stand and work long periods, and work in heat /and or other stressful conditions. Able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.  Must be able to read and interpret labels and recipes.     


Two to  four years experience in food production preferred. On the job training is available.
