Job Description

Monday - Friday; no holidays; no weekends!

Performs pre-employment health screening for potential employees and volunteers  as well as annual health screenings  for St. Luke's Phoenix, Tempe and Behavioral Health.  Conducts necessary follow-up on TB skin test readings, lab results and x-rays.  Performs N95 mask fitting testing as required.  Screens for communicable diseases as dictated by OSHA and/or infection control policy.  Oversees flu vaccine program for all staff, volunteers and others as required.

 

Maintains employee health mandated records, communicable disease information, and annual TB screening compliance data.  Serves as Workers’ Comp Coordinator, prepares and submits Worker’s Comp  Reports as required.  Maintains various logs including the OSHA Safety Tracker log. Partners with Human Resources to assess and monitor disability accommodation as required by the ADA. 

 


 



Qualifications

Regulatory Requirements:


- Current Arizona RN Licensure

- BLS certificate

 

Language Skills:

- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English

- Additional languages preferred


Skills:

- Basic computer knowledge

- Previous occupational health experience preferred
